Enjoy a set one or two course lunch in the 1868 renovated shearing shed, lovely prepared by guest Chef Clare Falzon.
Falzon has accumulated a extensive global experience in the culinary field, including her postings at Maze in London (working under Gordon Ramsay), the acclaimed Nomad restaurant in Sydney and previously, as executive chef at Hentley Farm Restaurant
Proud to now call South Australia home, Falzon passionately champions some of the state’s best and respected producers and treats their produce with the upmost respect to create an experience in which ingredient shines in its own light and leaves guests with an unforgettable memory.
She most recently catered the highly successful ‘Sips in the Sticks’ at Bellwether in Coonawarra and worked with celebrated chef Mark Best and Paul Stone at Ottelia during the Limestone Coast Tasting Australia trip.
Falzon will be ‘chef in residence’ at the Bellwether cellar door until July 13 2024.
