The first brandy distilled in Coonawarra in over 70 years, our small-batch spirit is crafted from Majella’s award-winning wines.
Discover the distillation process from start to finish, learn how brandy develops its character in barrel, and enjoy tastings from different barrel batches alongside the finished product. Along the way, enjoy a sneaky homemade brandy snap and, to conclude the experience, Prof will also create a specially curated brandy cocktail for you to savour.
