
A stunning day out at Parker Estate awaits those who love to combine the outdoors with gorgeous Cabernets.
Gather around the campfire and enjoy Parker’s very own Cabernet, whilst creating a comforting feast over the flames and taking in the stunning views over the vineyards.
In this 4-hour class we are going to prepare and create an epic feast, all on the open fire.

Braised Lamb with Rosemary and Ale and Seasonal Vegetables
Crusty Wholemeal Bread Loaf in a camp oven
Chilli Beef topped with Cheddar Corn Bread and Herbs
Golden Syrup Dumplings, made from scratch and baked over coals
Mulled Wine using Parker Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
