Seasonal dining awaits as chef Paul Stone celebrates the possibilities of whole plants, using fare from the kitchen garden in a menu set to feature everything from root to flower. Discover summer and autumn’s bounty across dishes that will elevate the humble vegetable.
A new approach to wine pairing is also on offer. Guests can opt for matched Ottelia selections or non-alcoholic beverages made with garden botanicals.
ADD ON: End at sunset with a glass of sparkling wine in hand and the chance to join a guided garden tour. This experience is $30 per person and available for a maximum of 20 guests.
Ottelia was established by John and Melissa Innes and named for the native waterlilies found across their Coonawarra property. Its namesake restaurant quickly became a regional drawcard, loved by locals and visitors alike.
