Wynns Luxury Collection Release June 2023 Tasting with Lunch
This June marks the release of Wynns Coonawarra Estates premium luxury range for 2023 showcasing the history and signature style for which the Wynns label has become synonymous.
Taste a selection of limited release wines, including 2022 Wynns Chardonnay, and the 2021 Black Label Cabernet, with handmade Dukkah, olive oil & bread.
Followed by a delicious lunch to share under the iconic triple gables in the Wynns cellar – Japanese Raw Beef Salad, Raspberry Pickled Beetroot, Goats Cheese and toasted hazelnuts with Smoked Salmon, 2021 V&A Lane Shiraz, 2021 Single Vineyard Glengyle Cabernet & 2019 John Riddoch Cabernet.
Finish in the cellar door with Wynns Pedro Ximenez and a dark chocolate covered date stuffed with crunchy peanut butter and sprinkled with salt flakes.
