We start by creating proper French Onion Soup from scratch. What better to go with it than baguettes, that we’ll also make to go with our French Feast.
We learn how to make a delicious Pork Terrine from scratch, taking the flavours from local Pork and Bacon, fresh herbs from the garden and we serve this with Cornichons and a Whole grain Mustard Aioli that we make from scratch also.
Next, Chicken Liver Pate (it’s easier than you think!) and the flavour and texture is sublime.
The best part of the day is when we sit down, relax and enjoy our creations with the lovely wines from Parker Estate.
