Let’s Do Lunch – A Progressive Feast by Coonawarra @ Heart.
Five wineries. Five courses. One unforgettable day.

Bring out your inner Italian as you learn how to make and cook pasta from scratch,
followed by a sit-down lunch with members of the DiGiorgio Family.
Learn about the history of the DiGiorgio Family and the art of pasta-making before rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into making your own batch. The DiGiorgio family will guide you through the kneading, rolling, cutting and cooking process, before sitting down to enjoy your creations with a handmade traditional sauce, parmigiano regiano, crusty bread and a green salad.
A selection of tasty nibbles will be provided during the process, with a traditional dessert, coffee and biscotti to finish. All paired with DiGiorgio Family Wines including a sparkling on arrival and aged Cabernet Sauvignon.
Your experience will also include a take-home gift pack with recipes, olive oil, homemade
amaretti biscuits, and your apron.
