A tasting with a difference! Far from the usual food and wine pairing, this self-guided tasting is one that challenges all senses, with a quirky pairing of wine and edible INSECTS!

Celebrating the diversity of flavours found in nature, the tasting highlights the significance of biodiversity and provides insights into Patrick’s newly established Eco-Garden.

DiGiorgio Family Wines: Tour and Private Tasting

Enjoy a tour of our property including our famous Terra Rossa soil profile, our oak trees, our 100 year old vines, the winery and barrel hall concluding with a private tasting including aged wine and a sample direct from the barrel, a shared produce platter and delicious handmade Italian meatballs.

Pasta making lesson and lunch with the DiGiorgio family

Bring out your inner Italian and roll up your sleeves to make and cook your own pasta from scratch, followed by a sit down lunch with the DiGiorgio family. Enjoy sparkling wine on arrival as well as wine with lunch as you learn about the family history as you knead, roll and cook. You will be gifted a take home pack with recipes, olive oil, homemade

amaretti biscuits, and your apron.

Raidis Estate: Winemakers Lunch

Enjoy a leisurely lunch at the Raidis Estate Winery with a guided tasting from our winemakers Steven and Emma Raidis.

Taste all of the current vintage Raidis Estate wines over a locally-sourced lunch of fresh produce and delicious wines.

Sip on your favourite Raidis Estate wine in the sunshine, next to the vineyards whilst you enjoy the views or during the cooler months join us in the Cellar Door, set up near the fire amid the wine barrels and activity of the Cellar Door.

This is the perfect event to enjoy with your friends on a long weekend or for a special occasion.

Bellwether : A table of Ten

A truly unique, intimate experience. You and your closest friends, or a bunch of work colleagues can enjoy dinner seated around a wool sorting dining table. Immersed in an 1868 shearing shed now a boutique winery, dining with your own personal chef and winemaker. Every night is a unique menu of local seasonal produce, incorporating Bellwether’s beautiful produce garden and wines selected by the winemaker. A memorable night of food wine and conversation.

Raidis Estate: Dinner under the Stars

You and your guests will be treated to a night to remember; enjoy the starry skies, while sipping on a vino in the Raidis Estate vineyard where the grapes are grown to make the wine.
