Join the Raidis team as they open their vineyards exclusively to you for the ultimate winemaker experience. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for you to live the dream.
Become an artisan and feel the satisfaction of crafting your own batch of wine from fresh grapes hand selected together. With grapes ripe in the vineyards, Vintage is a magical time to be in the vines.
Work with the Raidis family winemaking team to create the Living the Dream wine before it’s barrelled. Your signature will go on the barrel head and the wine label as one of the wine makers.
To celebrate the production of our Living the Dream wine, set among the Raidis family gardens, we’ll share a Greek feast featuring fresh produce from Chris Raidis’ garden, accompanied by Raidis Estate wines.

Bellwether: 2024 Vintage Experience
Spend a week at Bellwether during vintage (March 2024) sleep in a luxury Bell tent and join the Bellwether vintage crew for a week.
Duties could include grape picking, crushing, plunging ferments, pressing, cleaning and taking in turns with the Winemakers to cook for each other in the Bellwether kitchen using produce from the garden.
Breakfast provisions supplied, lunch and dinner provided, wine with evening meals and maybe a knock off beer. If you would like to see how wine is made and contribute to the 2022 vintage wines this could be one of the best weeks you have had in years.
Days are long and the work physical – might be just the break you need to restart the new year.
