Bellwether : Bell Tents

While staying at the winery, see the wine being made during vintage, even join in if you want to do the vintage experience. Cook using fresh herbs and produce from the garden including fresh eggs. An exclusive hour of wine tasting is offered for all guests from 4-5pm.

Hollick Estates: Hollick House

Hollick House is located in the heart of Coonawarra’s renowned wine region, providing a modern and comfortable getaway from which to explore the region.

Located on the grounds of Hollick Estates, next to the winery, cellar door and “Upstairs Restaurant’, Hollick Estates is an ideal place to stay, offering the peace and quiet of a rural getaway, but is only a short drive from all the conveniences of the Penola Township.

Depending on the time of year, guests will be able to enjoy and observe the activities in the neighbouring vineyards including grape harvest and pruning.

Accommodating up to 8 guests Hollick House is perfect for a weekend getaway or extended holiday with family and friends.
