Carlei Estate Wines and Carlei Green Vineyards are a certified Organic and Biodynamic Winery, producing wines sourced from Heathcote, Upper Beaconsfield and Coonawarra Wine Region.

Winemaker & Director Sergio Carlei has been at the forefront or biodynamic winegrowing for 25 years, researching cosmic influences on flavour profiles in wine since 2004.

Biodynamic Farming encapsulates the connection between terrestrial and cosmic forces, allowing the winery to produce consistent high quality ‘Real Wines’ that reflect their “Sense Of Place™”. Coonawarra is one of those great regions.

This allows producers to redefine the term “terroir”, traditionally known as the summation of site, soil, vine and the influence of human hand. With cosmic influences now playing a role, a new term has been coined “Cosmoir”, each wine having its own unique personality.

Carlei Estate winery is located in Upper Beaconsfield, Victoria, and houses a Cellar door and Restaurant.

Among the wines in the Carlei Estate Coonawarra Range are Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
