Discover summer and autumn’s bounty across dishes that will elevate the humble vegetable. \nA new approach to wine pairing is also on offer. Guests can opt for matched Ottelia selections or non-alcoholic beverages made with garden botanicals. \nADD ON: End at sunset with a glass of sparkling wine in hand and the chance to join a guided garden tour. This experience is $30 per person and available for a maximum of 20 guests.  \nOttelia was established by John and Melissa Innes and named for the native waterlilies found across their Coonawarra property.
