DESCRIPTION:  \nIn this 4 hour class we are going to prepare and create an epic feast\, all on the open fire … at a winery! \nWe’re going to make Braised Lamb with Rosemary and Ale and Seasonal Vegetables. \nI think we’d also better make a crusty loaf of Bread to soak up all those delicious juices. \nWe’re also going to make my favourite Chilli Beef topped with Cheddar Corn Bread and Herbs to really liven things up. \nDessert is going to be epic with Cinnamon and Apples scrolls\, made from scratch and baked over coals. \nWe’ll make some Mulled Wine with a gorgeous Parker Estate Cabernet Sauvignon ready to enjoy with our feast. \nAll of this\, around a warming fire at a stunning winery. Count me in!
