Guests begin in the barrel hall with a warming bowl of soup and a glass of Cluny\, enjoying the comforting rhythm of winter in wine country. Stories of family\, land and heritage are shared\, reflecting Zema Estate’s deep connection to Coonawarra. \nLocal night sky enthusiast and photographer Ockert Le Roux then guides guests through the stars above\, sharing his knowledge of the constellations\, supported by striking astrophotography captured in the region.
