DESCRIPTION:Cabernet Franc is a parent grape of Cabernet Sauvignon\, principally grown for blending. Ripening earlier than the Cabernet Sauvignon\, Cabernet Franc produces a comparatively lighter series of flavours than its more famous relative. \nMore recently\, however\, winemakers have begun to harness the grape’s distinctive taste in order to create excellent clone vinification’s.
