DESCRIPTION:Bring out your inner Italian at DiGiorgio Family Wines\, sipping premium terroir-driven wines while learning how to make your own authentic pasta using a treasured family recipe. Followed by a sit-down lunch with members of the DiGiorgio Family. \nLearn about the history of the DiGiorgio Family and the art of pasta-making before rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into making your own batch. The DiGiorgio family will guide you through the kneading\, rolling\, cutting and cooking process\, before sitting down to enjoy your creations with a handmade traditional sauce\, Parmigiano Regiano\, crusty bread and a green salad. \nA selection of tasty nibbles will be provided during the process\, with a traditional dessert\, coffee and biscotti to finish.
