With ingredients from the Garden, Herbs, and Dried Spices, Cindy will show you how to create delicious dishes to pair perfectly with the delicate spices of Parker Coonawarra’s aged red wines. Unearth the glory of spice and gain the confidence to make many different Curries at home to complement Coonawarra reds.
You’ll also learn some rice cooking techniques and make Naan from scratch. Feast on your creations over a delicious lunch paired with some of Parker Coonawarra Estate’s exquisite aged wines.
