What could be more fun than enjoying a Fresh Cheese Making Class at a Winery?
Not just any winery, Parker Coonawarra Estate is set in a huge and gorgeous Limestone Building in their vineyard in Coonawarra. With Cathedral ceilings, surrounded by Wine barrels, this class promises to tick all the great experience and delicious boxes.
In this class, you will master the art of some fantastic Fresh Cheeses to make at home.
Make Ricotta from scratch, it’s a taste sensation. Then make it into sweet and savoury dishes. Have you thought about making Butter? In this class, you’ll not only make butter, but you’ll also expand your repertoire, with a variety of compound butters, like Cowboy Butter & Vegemite Butter.
Make Mozzarella from scratch, which can be kept large size or turn into Bocconcini. Labneh is another specialty which looks sensational in a jar with Olive Oil.
Cream Cheese is next with the rich and creamy cheese, being quite simple to make.
Come and learn how to make delicious fresh Cheeses, and as an added bonus they’ll be incorporated into a table of food for a lunch to be enjoyed with Parker Coonawarra Estate’s delicious wines!
