This weekend at Bowen Estate Cellar Door we will be tasting a trio of Classic Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon. Our winemakers’ Emma and Doug Bowen have chosen one Cabernet Sauvignon wine from each of the last three decades to demonstrate how the wines evolve with cellaring.
